Gurued RAM reader

Read flags and table results from a Hayabusa running Gurued Base firmware. Each connection checks that the ECU supports the reader.

Reads cover 1–32 bytes within 0xFEF00000–0xFEF0BFFF. Values are raw; a table's calibration scaling does not necessarily describe its RAM result. Successive samples are not an atomic snapshot.
